Dr. Eckfeld graduated chiropractic college in 1969. Because he had always been around animals there was a natural curiosity about how the profession he had chosen could assist those speechless friends and companions normally referred to as pets. That curiosity led Dr. Fred to devise various ways to adjust the skeletal systems of dogs, cats and horses. Eventually with success with his own pets, he was asked by his human patients if he would mind looking at their cats, dogs and/or horses. Time passed by.
Several years ago Dr. Eckfeld discovered that there was a veterinarian who had figured out a more efficient way to treat the animals than he had been using and set out to incorporate the VOM (Veterinary Orthopedic Manipulation) technique into his work. This expanded way of treatment has resulted in improved care for all animals.
Dr. Fred's approach also includes the use of Cold Laser Phototherapy, and nutritional counseling for the health and well being of all living creatures.
